First time visit to Port City in Wilmington, and I will say it WON'T be my last!! Got Philly cheesesteak and bowl of chili. All I can say is WOW!! The chili was the best I ever had!! Right amount of heat to give it that spicy taste, but not too hot or overwhelming!! Great food, great atmosphere, and friendly staff!!
